That color looks a lot like the Dodge "Furious Fuschia" (also similar to "Panther Pink")!
I can understand her trading in the car, but I DO hope she got a reasonable value for it, and I think she should have bought a SHO Taurus instead of the Explorer. Just mho.

Good score to the OP. While I can empathize with the lady for sending it down the road because it's not a friendly daily driver. Especially to someone who can probably barely handle the Explorer she traded it for. I have to fault her for not even having a clue of what she really had. If she did she would not have traded it in, she would have put it up for auction or private sale.

Why try and win a car and at the end they don't like it..... no matter the conditions, if she really had a passion on cars and always wanted a Shelby she would of kept it, I'm mostly sure there's other ppl that would wished they had it more than her and I'm pretty sure ford would be pissed if they knew what she did to the car, but oh we'll her lost. Congrats on the car man

Cant believe this hasn't been brought up yet. My guess is it scared the poop right out of her. How's that driver seat smell? Bet she had the RPM's up and dumped the clutch.

The thing that really sucks about this whole thing is this. Alot of people including myself entered that contest in hopes of scoring the Mustang of our dreams. This lady entered knowing the power of the car and the transmission. She can't handle it so she trades it in? That could've been someone else who deserved to win instead. It's like having one (fill in the blank) in a room of thousands of people wanting one for themselves only for the winner to say I don't like the flavor and tosses it aside. Glad it didn't go to complete waste. However it could've been a free one for someone. Oh well, end rant.

But yeah it would have been nice to go to a real enthusiast to begin with.

Good find OP. I agree with Rando, seems like she really loved getting the car.
She probably designed it with her kids and never thought she would win.
These cars aren't for everyone.

Back on topic I wish I was her but I am also glad she traded it in for something she will use vs the Mustang community having a collective heart attack when she crashs the **** thing because she cant control it. Think back to when the guy won that Lamborghini and crashed it 6 Hours Later
