I took delivery of my new Deep Impact Blue GT500 Convertible just the other evening! Very gingerly drove the car home ~10 miles as it was 33 degrees out and quite slick. I only triggered traction control about 2 dozen times. 
But, wow what a car!

I can't believe I did this, but I just completed a deal trading my 2011 Red Candy CS for a 2013 DIB California Special. It is in transit, but has everything I could want on it. So, the waiting begins.

Thanks TT! As far as I know it was a dealer order, which is a surprise. It was listed on their WEB site, and I have been looking at it for a week. This will be the third CS, and most likely the last. I was going to wait for 2015's, but this deal was too good to pass up. I have the sticker, and have sent Deysha the VIN, so hopefully she can determine where it is.

DIB is a gorgeous colour, and the GT/CS is a great package (but then you'd already know that!).

So I've literally accidentally ordered the dream car. Not sure if I can actually afford it, but we'll figure that out when it gets here! Told my long time salesman what I liked and he just went ahead and ordered it...

Congrats fullahead!! I just ordered a clone of your car yesterday morning. Price came in just over $39k with the X-plan. Only difference is I also ordered the glass roof and spoiler delete. I'm going to go crazy waiting for it to come in...hoping for an April delivery so I don't go nuts having to look at it in my garage until winter is over.
