Hey guys,
I am looking to put 12 in gloss black stripes on my 13 DIB GT. Just wonder if anyone has done or seen this and had an opinion. I would love to see some pictures if you have any.

Any Opinion is greatful!

 

I have been looking for pics as well only thing I could find was matte black. Not my pic but looks good. Just so you get an idea.

 

Ya I have seen that picture. Looks good but I am not crazy about the Matt black and the Gloss black Trunk deck lid.

 

I personally dislike the gloss black panel between the taillights, I wish Ford had keep it body color and placed the stripes over it, like they did on earlier models.. Evidently the new panel is not very paint friendly.

 

I agree - I've heard that putting some 3m clear tape (like front clear bra) can help - I might go to my guy who put on my stripes and ask him. I need to do a tint soon...

 

IMHO, gloss white would look better.

Alot of people are doing White. I am trying to be a lil different. Might just keep the car plain and add performance mods. You can do so much with these cars theirs so many options. Decisions.... Decisions...

 

I got the Matte Black OTT stock. At 1st I did not like that they did not go bumper to bumper but now I am happy they do not. Mainly for the fact of the glossy black rear as was stated.
