2013 E-Source Mustang Order Guide Companion Updated 6/18/12 Includes Boss & GT500
I'm doubtful the subs on standard shaker are in the trunk. Why would they leave the door panels the same as they have been?? I would say the shaker pro has the 8's in the doors like the standard shaker and then the 10's in the trunk as stated.
On a side note, putting 8's in the trunk is kind of pointless. I have the Sony system in my Focus with a single 8, and as far as I can tell, it contributes nearly nothing to the bass of the system. The door speakers on the other hand...dear god those things are crazy lol!
This.

Did anyone else notice this weird little tidbit???
Short-drop Side Glass
• Side windows automatically “short-drop” when
the door is opened and raise back up once the door
is closed
is closed
• “Short-dropping” the glass makes opening and
closing the door easier by
Stand s197 stuff since 2005.

I figure that ford probably improved upon the base shaker system in the 2013 so I have to ask, to whom ever enjoys hip hop/rap as much as I do, how did the old shaker 500 sound in terms of bass? I dont need much, kinda over the whole 12" subwoofer filled trunk fad. Does it do the trick?

But to answer your question I don't think your going to get chest pounding bass out of the stock system but it should suffice for most.

From what was said here before, the heated/pony mirrors require a different wiring harness, which is why they are not available with Recaro seats (which are manual). So getting the mirror's is easy, installing may be hard.
