2013 bouncy suspencion??

hello,

I have 2013 conv V6. 19 in avant grande wheels, SVE Progressive Rate Lowering Springs but the car is little to bouncy for my taste. How can I improve my suspension??

Good set of shocks like Koni's or Bilstein's

+1 on shocks, though after that you may find that the springs rates don't work well with the shocks and may need stiffer springs.

Progressive rate springs are going to be a little harder to balance a shock to. You might want to check with SVE to see what they recommend or check with a good shock vendor like The Shock Shop to get their recommendations.

Just my opinion...

The factory ride on these cars is pretty horrible. New dampers will change your car. Depending on your budget and use, the strt or sports from Koni are excellent. I have the sports and love them.

ever since i switched to the FRPP k springs, i've been able to feel every little crack or bump in the road. Would new dampers help at all?

Most likely, the stiffness won't go away but the dampening will be better and therefore less jarring and harsh.

Depending on where you are looking to buy them the best thing to do might be to wait for the summer sale, you could always call Sam Strano and see what he can do for you price wise.

I also have those springs on stock shocks/struts. The ride isn't terrible. I wonder if your wheel size is playing a part. I'm also still on the stock 19's

I read so many posts about there car not handling like they want. They change the springs then look for shocks WRONG.. Yo need to have a matched set of springs and dampers. So many time's everyone guesses and it is not right. Progressive springs are great but they are a whole different animal. Good luck..

Wheel size shouldn't matter, but if he is running a 30 sidewall, maybe even 35 side wall that could definitely cause some harshness too.
