2013 black machine wheels

Hi all,

I am trying to find out how much my extra set of the new 2013 black machined wheels is worth.

They were a $999 dollar option, do you think I could get at least that for selling them? or less?

Let me know what you all think.

I'd go down a little on cost....make people feel like they're getting a good deal.

What size..sorry, I didn't look it up? And, are you selling just the wheels or are the tires included? Looking at the market, you should be able to get $900. but, what about shipping or are you only selling in your area. Try and add some more information if you are going to sell nation wide, like your ZIP code so people can check on shipping cost.

oh, im not selling them yet, but they are the 19" machine black wheels. 8.5 width i think, one step wider then the stock wheels. They are $650 each wheel from fomoco, i know i would not get that much.

This wheel: http://carreviewsline.com/ford/2013-...-wheel-image7/

I originally planned on driving the mustang through winter, and buying winter tires, but have since decided I want to keep this car, so I need a beater for the salt.

Funny you ask this I bought these wheels on my car.
I recently sent my dealer a email to ask how much to buy 2 more?
I want them for snow tires & want to add into my loan when I get my car this week.

I agree with you. It is pretty nuts how much they charge for parts.

I used to work at VW and looked in their parts system. To give you an idea of the margins on parts here is a random example:

Bluetooth module for 2009 VW GTI

VW's cost $19.71
Dealers cost $141.57
Retail cost $299.99

Ridiculous.

These wheels probably cost Ford about $50 each lol

It's crazy, and it makes you wonder just that much more how they have financial problems.

This is just conspiracy theorist me, but I think none of them actually had financial problems, they cook the books to look like they need help and then get free or near free huge investments from the government. But that's just crazy tin-hat wearing me. I don't normally speak about these ideas of mine.

Ford didn't have the problems that GM and Chrysler had. Wish I bought Ford stock a couple years ago!
