Hmm..not sure.
My v6 premium came to $35,300 after taxes...but I had $7100 worth of options in there (auto trans, electronics package, rear camera, remote start, red candy, interior upgrade and leather). If I subtract the extra $4600 in options than what you got, my car would be the same as yours and have (theoretically) been $30,700.
So about an $800 difference. You might want to try an invoice and see what the dealership paid for your car and see if the final price is close to it.

Did your $35300 include the Costco discount?
I dont see you mentioning the V6 Performance Package ($2000 option)?
Quick Math:
Your $35300 with tax is $31239 before taxes.
$31239 - $4600 of options is $26639
Adding back the tax to $26639 comes out to $30102
My price of $31500 includes the V6 Performance package tho.
I did originaly get a quote without the performance package and it
came out to $30400 which means you still have ~$300 less.
Seems we are about the same which still does not tell me if the deal we got is good or not
I am assuming when talking about dealership invoice, you mean : Closer I get to the invoice the better the deal. Can I push below the invoice?

Vuli:
you know canadian car talk show host zack spencer? he often talks on his radio show about a service that promises the best price possible...might be worth giving them a shout?
http://www.motormouth.ca/best_price_express.php
or if you can wait a couple months until "family pricing" thing ford does every year...
good luck

The price looks OK. For the same price I got HIDs, Premium package, security pacakge, Nav Electronics package, reverse camera, and the Pony package.
The US and Canada prices differ slightly possibly due to currency differences. The packages and options are marketed a bit different as well. The Pony package in Canada is a different option configuration than in the US.
