Angry 2012 mustang gt prem convert cel code misfire

I picked up my 12 GT convert, drove it for 6 days had 135 miles on the car. When i thought i was going to have to walk home.It seemed like it was running on 4 cylinders the cel was flashing like a xmas tree.took it to the dealer the next day,it ran prefect. No cel code.they test drove and it did it again.after the dealer talk to ford they changed all fuel injectors.I picked up the car and two hours later it did it again, the cel light stayed on.The next morning i went to the dealer and it ran perfect, but it did have a cel code (misfire on cylinder #2) that was Saturday . I now have around 250 miles on my car,a different mechanic is going to check it out Monday 9-26-11.
To say the least I'm car sick.Does anyone have an idea.

Sorry to hear you're having issues but with a car that new, stick with the dealer and, if the problem's not being handled to your satisfaction, get in touch with Ford Customer Service via phone or via Deysha on this forum. Hope it works out for you.

Thank you for the mention, guys! debodavid, I agree with the other members, please stick to your Ford dealer. Make an appointment with them as soon as possible and PM me with your mileage, dealer, VIN, and contact info so I can escalate this for you to the Customer Service Manager for your area.

Stick with the dealer. Has to be something wrong with the fuel or ignition system. Think happy thoughts!

What was the deal with that Boss owner that was driving home cross country and had issues? I don't remember if it was dying or misfiring. The found a short on the passenger side.
Anybody remember that from a few months back? Might be similar.
