Agreed, I put the FRPP on both my 07 GT and the GT500 and I could tell a difference. They are extremely safe tunes and you dont have to worry about any compliance (smog) issues.

I've since moved on to a bit more aggressive tune on the GT500 but I've still got the FRPP CAI which IMO, the shield at least is the best one out there.

The GT500 exhaust is $265 at American Muscle and the Roush is $419. That's only $155 difference, not $400.

You should do what I'm going to do: Buy the Roush and if you find it's too loud, sell them on here for a slight loss and you'll still have enough to buy the GT500s with a few bucks left over.

If you don't have a lift and don't spend a lot of time under cars, I would recommend paying the $60. I know that's not a "car guy" thing to do but saving the time and aggravation would be well worth it to me.

But if THESE disappear from your car I'd start hunting for a kid with Roush exhaust AND Pony valve stem covers on his bike and whip his butt.

LMFAO!!

Seriously though, if you go with the Roush's please don't make a thread the next day complaining they are so loud that they rattled your e-brake button loose and you think the car is falling apart and going to explode. Just playin'...

Sounds like you'll be paying more than the Roush's in the long run. I guess it just depends what sound your looking for. But I've heard that putting in a standard X pipe will actually lose some HP/ Torque as well as gives it a more "exotic" tone. Also that it was a huge PITA to have installed.

Why go through all that trouble when the Roush's sound like sex str8 from the box?

I received the Roush AB and put them on in about 1 1/2 hrs. I don't have a lift and didn't jack it up, so it was a tight fit, but not over the top hard at all. The hardest part was getting the stock off the hangers. Everything else - easy. The sound - absolutely sexy. The GT500 muffler set up was better than stock - but mellowed out too much. The Roush AB will mellow a little, but if you want it to be heard - just depress that gas pedal. One of the easiest and worthwhile upgrades I did.

Stage 3 has a power pack deal for the Roush CAI and AB exhaust. CAI took about 20min and like I said the AB took about 1 1/2 with no help or lift. Besides body mods, this is the easiest and best investment for the coyote.

You like, I will get a axleback exhaust. It does not void the warranty, unless they want to be ad * CK. If you can even change the wheels, they can say, it affects your drive.

what do you think about the ford racing suspension set
http://www.americanmuscle.com/frpp-h...ck-0512gt.html

and the Eibach suspension set
http://www.americanmuscle.com/eibach...stem-1112.html

The Ford racing ones are more expensive but I don't know if they're better. If I buy the set I would have my local shop do it and pay them labor I mean they shouldn't mess it up right cause it should be simple to install. Anyone have this suspension set? how is it?

What would you recommmend now for suspension upgrades. I've been looking at the FRPP for listing price of 1399 $ I think is the price but didn't see some of what you listed like with the strut mounts, static shock, adjustable shocks. and what the difference I'm new to the modding thing by the way. I've done some modding but not much.

If you've got a manual transmission, I'd recommend getting a Steeda Tri-Ax shifter, although others will recommend one from MGW or Barton. Then top it off with a custom shift **** from Grabber Pony.

why pay all that for FRPP when you can get a set of Steeda Springs and some Koni Shocks/Struts and GT500 mounts much cheaper.

my actual opinion on a first mod would be a swap out of those wheels. They scream V6.
