2011 SYNC Update?

2011 SYNC Update?
Tried to have google maps send my destination to SYNC but I kept getting a error message saying INVALID USER. So i chatted with 2 Sync agents and they told me that the "traffic, destination & information" is not avaliable yet for the 2011 models. But the website http://www.syncmyride.com/Own/Module...reSupport.aspx states its an avaliable feature. They told me that we have to wait for the update to gain access to this. Which they don't know the ETA for yet.
