2011 Roush Wheel Hop Reduction Kit?

Exactly where does this install & how hard is it to install?

Anyone have or try this part?Worked or not?

Any pics of it installed?

Please forgive my ignorance on this subject.

Kevin,

This is an upper control arm and mount. It mounts directly underneath the rear seat and you can see it if you are underneath the car looking up. It will be at the top of your rear end.

To eliminate wheel hop, I'd start with a set of Lower Control Arms and if you still have problems go with an adjustable UCA and mount from a company like BMR, UMI, Steeda, etc....

Roush just uses a fancy name for the same part. Take a look at some of the ones I mentioned and compare them to this unit.

The roush unit is basically just a modified factory upper control arm and new mount. They put in a much stiffer bushing and add reinforcing to it.

Supposed to work pretty well.

Maybe, if you don't also want the ability to adjust your pinion angle.

I'd highly recommend going elsewhere with a adjustable UCA and mount as opposed to this one. You are paying a big premium on a "stockish" replacement jus for the Roush name.

Here's a picture of the UMI adjustable UCA for comparison:

Thanks for the info guys!

Definitely going to go with adjustable UCA & a set of LCA's.

For the price I really find no reason not to do both at the same time.

Should I also do a adjustable panhard bar?

Anyone know if any of the vendors have these items as a kit?(save $$$)

Want top quality also.
