Been on that site many, many times... just fun to browse and "accessories"... almost feel like a woman purse or shoe shopping!

I see they have the auto-dimming / homelink mirror on there. Does the standard mirror not have auto dim?

I think it is in the premium cars.

Sort of. Mine never seems to dim enough. Found out that's a Ford design problem after driving a Ford Focus with the same issue. How do they get so much right, but then fumble this ball?

The one in my Lightning dims pretty well sometimes and other times not. I believe it has to do with how the light strikes the sensor, if it hits it more directly then it gets darker.

The screwy thing in my Lightning is that I think the bars in the sliding glass rear window sometimes blocks the light from the sensor.

I discovered the other day that if you wander to the "Tech Specs" part of that site and look at "Installation Manuals", you'll find the instructions to install the 2012 Boss 302 splitter. It goes on the bottom of the GT/CS lower fascia.

Trust me, it isn't Ford. I've had 4 other non-Ford vehicles, and all the Auto-Dimming mirrors are the same, never dark enough and inconsistent level's of darkness. I much prefer manual dimming mirror control.

$491 is a lot to pay for a garage door opener.

Do you think the $392 19 inch wheel is for all four or just one? I think it is for each so it would be $1,600.

Ford is getting rich on this stuff.
