2011 meets 68, 69

You may have seen an earlier post of this car in March. Been going at it hard for 8 months now. This is a 2011 Gt which currently has 1496 miles on it. Car is reconstructed in 100% steel. (Hood is aluminum) 68, and 69 fastback parts, along with many parts that are built from scratch.

Wow, clearly not finished, but I really like the idea. It will be interesting to see how the finished product will look. Good luck, I can't wait to see.

I think I may have posted the original thread, so I'll have a search, as it'd be good to see the earlier photos again.

It's looking superb though and along the lines of what I hope Ford is cooking up for the 2015 MY

I really like the rear end, that's how ford should have made it.

Wow. That is an undertaking man. Looks really slick and not overdone and odd like most of those retro fits. Keep up the awesome work.

Wasn't Herbert's a Foxbody Hatch w/s197 front clip? This is light years diff & better, to me.
