There was a problem with the retro styling causing suspension to squeak and shifters to rattle. I know it to be true because I read it on the internet, right before this sentence.

as long as the car has the power its supposed to im good. ive owned these cars since my 80 model converted to 5.0

I'd love to have the skip shift gone right out of the factory.

Either way, waiting a bit longer for this stuff to settle out just seems to make more and more sense.
