2011 Canadian Dealer Invoice Pricing
Correction: The 75$ may actually be 275$. Can anyone confirm this?

You would be surprised how different dealerships treat the X-plan. I obtained x-plan quotes from 4 dealerships and received 4 different numbers within a range of $600. One dealer admitted that Ford acknowledges that discrepancies occur so they regularly audit dealerships to ensure they are not over-charging.
Some told me that it is the cost without holdback + 4% and another told me with holdback + 2%. All I cared about was the bottom line. Keep in mind that some charge an Administration Fee (one was $479.) and others waive it for X-plan and A-plan. Then there is the Nitrogen program that most are pushing and the etched glass or sticker security plans. I didn't buy into to any of that.

Well it is exactly inline ($6 difference) with the price I got when I ordered my 2011 GT Monday with X-Plan. Also it is exactly the same formula when I purchase my 2005 GT.
2.25% seems over invoice seems incorrect to me. I thought it was Invoice -0.4% +75$ +delivery +AC tax -rebates available at time of delivery. In any event it is clearly printed on the dealer's invoice, which they MUST show you.

The invoice W/holdback is 2.22% more than Invoice Less Holdback. So your formula would make sense starting from Invoice Less Holdback (you initially stated Invoice With Holdback)
Either way, they must show you the actual invoice, which will have the X-Plan clearly indicated on it. If they are reluctant, or if the invoice appears to be doctored, then call Ford Customer Service before accepting the car.
This year, I will be able to frustrate the latest 414HP M3s ! I love it when I catch up to them when braking or in the curves especially when they expect Mustangs to only be good in the straights.
My car is almost the only american car (besides vettes) in the club in a pool of Porsches, Audis & Bimmers
My Grabber blue 2011 GT will be hard to miss in their rearview mirror
