2011 5.0 GT Brembo Steering wheel shake under hard braking

Title sums it up pretty good, I only notice this after ABS has kicked in. Anybody else notice this? Almost like the rotors are warped, but braking is perfect in all other aspects(no wobble when braking normal or even hard). My 08 GT did not do this so I am pretty sure it is not just the ABS system giving feedback.

Maybe the electronic steering trying to counteract the pull as the brake pressure is modulated to the rotor?

So you only notice this when you brake hard enough to get ABS to activate? If so then you what you should be feeling the ABS doing its work. If you are not activating the ABS, then its definitely something else.

Brembo rotors tend to be pretty resilient to warping, but its certainly not impossible. It could also be an electronic steering issue like Gene mentioned.

Yes, I noticed this as well. Was doing a little 0-60-0 test and noticed the exact same behavior. Car drives and brakes just fine in normal conditions. I have nearly the same setup as you, just no HID.

It still does it, but I would hate to take the Tech for a demo ride in the car. If anyone knows what this is please chime in.
