I understand where you're coming from but I don't recall hearing those numbers. I agree that the Mustang needs a wider tire than 8 inches though.

Not to say anyone is wrong, but that post was started in February. It could still be just as true today as it was then, but there was a lot we didn't know back in February that we do know now. And to my knowledge, there hasn't been any new news about wheels sizes since that thread.
