Are you sure that it has the diff cooler and oil pan too. I wasn't aware of that. Cool if that stuff is in there.

The 2010 doesn't have the extra parts because of the engine…I have a 2010 track pack and its okay for what its worth, but i'd rather the 2011 parts of course.

My car is more rare tho!

I hadn't ever been under my car while it was up on a lift until I changed the oil last month. Yep the Boss oil pan is on there complete with the side bung. I haven't checked the rear for the diff cooler. It does have the aluminum finned diff. I still have to take the axle weights off too.

Pretty cool info.

Ford certainly offered a nice package in 2010, stepped it up in 2011 and stepped it up again with the '13 track pack.

If you have any inclination to add some of these parts, you'd be very wise to get the package as it saves quite a bit of cash and effort.

I'm familiar with finned aluminum mechanical parts but I was thinking it was an actual fanned radiator type cooler you were referring to and not just the cover.

I agree with you all the way and it good for future proofing the better radiator and oil cooler and pan

I don't believe the track pack gets the low expansion brake lines, 95% sure that's a Boss exclusive.

And I'm pretty sure my TP has them. I'll take a closer look next time I'm swapping pads before a track weekend.

I looked up the part numbers on oemfordparts.com to make sure because I wanted to upgrade the lines. The options were Base/GT, GT500, and w/ Boss. If you look at the caliper part numbers, they separate GT (standard brakes) and GT w/ perf package (Brembo).

I also work in a parts department (import make) so though I'm not 100% familiar with Ford methodology, I can definitely read a parts schematic.

I'm not sure I understand why the trackpack would pick up the boss oil pan. Doesn't the boss use a dry sump system? Wouldn't the boss pan be really shallow?

Boss engines aren't dry sump, they just have additional baffling to reduce oil sloshing around under high g forces. The track pack gets the Boss' oil cooler, but this is the first place I've seen the pan listed as an included part and will research that tonight, as I suspect that is incorrect as well.

Capacity means nothing. I have the spec sheet in front of me, both standard and track pack engine oil capacity is 8qts.
