Hello, I bought a replacement shifter **** for my 2010 GT, but I can't figure out how to remove the factory ****, it just turns but does not come off.

Appreciate any help in how to remove the factory ****.

Not sure whats going on there. Mine just unscrewed right off. Took all of 30 seconds to swap the ****.

 

Don't be afraid to turn it really hard. Maybe you should ask your girlfriend for some assistance
