Who says you can't get 15,000 miles out of a drag radial, even with roasting them every now and then? 😂😂😂 And yes, that's a tire plug on the left, it's been in there for most of the tire's life.

LOL
Wow, that's crazy. What DR were you running Gabe?
Not going to make her any faster, but cleaned up the look of the engine bay and added a little bling under the hood over the summer.
Not as good as these should be, but it has been a while so thought I would post these from early October 2019...
And as an added bonus...
A couple of friends of mine in a "Real" 1964 Shelby Cobra with 427 Roush built motor. The one in the drivers seat owns and had this car built by Superformance out of South Africa. Car is built to spec and licensed as a 1964 Shelby Cobra. Not much luxury in these guys... Built to race. He has owned it since about 2013. Got to ride in it this summer. Tough to get in and out of and had to be very careful not to burn my legs on the side pipes getting out. But real beautify and Scary fast car! You can tell it is very light and has plenty of raw power. Car has less than 800 miles on it. This one wins awards at every car show he puts it in.
So I marked what was changed. Need to do something about the battery and washer fluid cap. Have an idea on the washer cap since the Roush cover was too big for the area. But not sure I like what is out there for the battery. Also considering swapping out the radiator overflow tank for a Moroso racing tank.
Thanks MustangFreak! Mine was built to get as close to a Boss as I could with a '14, but keep the creature comforts. You know us S197 guys need to stick together. Love your Boss too, Miss Scarlett is very sharp, a real eye catcher!

Thanks I'm a '69 & '70 body style fan and our S197's are as close as we could get to that look IMHO.
