Looks very nice. Does the light bar add any structural strength?

Good question! I guess it does "bind" the two sides of the vehicle, so maybe a little less than a strut tower brace?

do you still have the car in your avatar? I'd love to see the two side by side once all your visual mods are done

No, traded it on the 5.0. I should probably change it now, lol.

I really like the light bar, especially on your black 'vert., not as fond of the ribbed taillight panel. I would get the light bar myself but to me it appears it would limit my girls getting in/out of the back seat (they're 7 & 10).

The next mod you need is the wind blocker, which in my opinion works well with that light bar.

PS - LOVE the top & bottom pics. What a great car you have!

I'm not sure how much it actually limits ingress/egress, it's actually not that bad when you look at it in person. Wish we were closer, you could test it!

The faux gas cap just stuck out too much on the black (IMO) and the finish of the CDC panel coordinated well with the rest of the unpainted trim.

I understand re the gas cap. How does the suspension feel to you? Are you going to mod it at all?

Like the look so far. Is that a Roush front grille I spot in there as well?

Questions

I had the lightbar on my 07 and didn't find it made it any more difficult for people to get in/out of the back seat. I also got the windblocker here: http://www.haneymotorsport.com/2005-...0Wind-Gard.htm You would have to remove it when you wanted to take passengers in the back seat but it was just 2 finger bolts to remove.

I definitely want a windscreen! I borrowed one from a generous friend, and it works really well.

http://www.classicdesignconcepts.com...t_detail&p=130

It's just a little pricey! They come up used once in a blue moon, I am holding out because I just don't want to pay that much

Overboost - it's a cheap ripoff Stack Racing grille. I may switch to the Roush if I can see some close-up pics of fitment and determine if it's better enough to be worth the additional cost

BEAUTIFUL! God, black is awesome; I'd just hate to have to clean it. Plus, I'm the type that looks over my car for dings, scratches, nicks every time I get in and out of it. Black doesn't do a very good job of hiding those blemishes.
