the reason they build stock in the first batch is to QC them. now technically you could get it sooner or you could get one that had some early production defect and isnt shipped until a fix is installed. they want to work through any issues with the stock orders first so the retail cars are correct and ready to roll when built. you can have retail cars built after but shipped before stock cars that needed a post assembly line fix.

So my question then, do dealer ordered cars go out before retail? or do they hit the street the same time?

we'll find out a definite answer for 13's in a few week, my dealer ordered me one of each.. will be funny if they both come on the same truck

I was thinking its good that you have some distance between you and your dealer cinque. If your dealer ordered you 2 of the same car and gives you which ever comes first, some shmo is gonna buy the other and will be cruising around your area with the same exact car. That would be a bummer.
and i've never seen either of them again.. so should be ok

I contacted them yesterday....they said nothing to report....I am the only one in their dealership with a 2013 order she said. I even gave her my order number I got from Deysha .... And their is nothing ..... She said she would call me once she did....I don't get it ...as I put down a deposit on jan 22nd and placed my order with options.

Here is an example of the DORA I received for the car I ordered...less some of the order specific info. I ordered my car on 2/20, received VIN on 3/9. It is currently scheduled to build sometime during the week of 3/26.
