'14 GT Alignment Question

I had my steering rack replaced in my '14 and they gave me a print out sheet with my alignment measurements. They have a before set of measurements and a current set of measurements. The measurements are different for the before and after. Does anyone know why this would be?

The measures are as follows in degrees:

Before Measurements

Left front Right front

Camber: -0.8. Camber: -1.1
Caster: 7.3. Caster: 7.0
Toe: 0.92. Toe: 0.44

Current Measurements

Left front Right front

Camber: -0.7. Camber: -1.1
Caster: 7.3 Caster: 7.0
Toe: 0.9 Toe: 0.07

With a vehicle sitting on a alignment machine, sensors hooked up and watching a live reading you will see smalls changes constantly. Even with no one touching the vehicle. Example: 0.90 - 0.92 would be normal. So really the only angle that changed from start to finish is right front toe. Now I have zero idea what the specs should be. But possibly the right front was out to start with? The right front is most commonly out since it is the tire that catches the curb when you park on the street and pot holes (At least in my area) Seem to gather on the right side. I am sure someone has access to alignment specs but it is likely fine.

That current toe setting is sure too much difference from one side to the other to suit me if it were mine. I'd go back and ask them about it.

I just had my 13 aligned last week when I put new tires on. This is the sheet they gave me.

Ranges are fine but you want both sides to be pretty closely matched, and with the toe setting there is no reason not to have them be.

How did you upload the sheet? I was trying to figure it out.

I put it on my scanner first, then uploaded the file.

The total toe is what is really different.

Before total toe: 1.36
Before steer ahead: 0.24

Current total toe: 0.16

Thanks for that, Rriddle! That makes sense because those numbers are in the corner of each number box similar to guides. My chart looks just like denlem's, which you'll notice is red boxed when out of the guidelines in the top corner.

Denlem, look what Rriddle said the national tire and battery figures are. My chart is just like yours and you'll notice that the guide measurements are in the top corner of each box and when out of the standard scale the box turns red just like mine did. It all makes sense now. It seems we are both within range now.

Wow, the numbers in the corners are so small I really didn't notice what they were or pay attention to them. Good to know those are the ranges!
