Not bad if you can make those times!

I'm feeling better about my times...
I have a 2014 GT coupe manual. Its 100% stock besides Roush Axel back exhaust (I doubt it adds any HP anyway). less than 10K miles on the car and still on stock 19" wheels & tires. I had a passenger with me and I'm 306 pounds myself. My best time yet is 4.9 seconds going from 0-60. I was getting 5.2 then 5.0 a few times and with only a few runs practice I was able to hit 4.9. I got 5.0 with and without traction control on. 4.9 was with TC on (I forgot to turn it off)
I'm thinking with better tires and my suspension mods Ill hit 4.5 (I hope) Lastly, this was at dusk and it was about 40* out.

What are your best 0-60 times and mods? I'm curious what guys are getting with the track apps.

I can't beat 4.6...all stock my best was 4.6. With the suspension, HF cats, catback and AED tune, 4.6 with a 1st and 2nd spinning. I've gotten a couple 4.7 and a 4.9, trying different launch RPMs and TC on/off, but still, 4.6 is my best with some new/better tires, I'm betting 4.2-4.1...it feels that much stronger.

Best ive gotten in the 6 was 5.6. Warmed up the tires a good bit (read very smoky lol) maxed out the tourqe converter and let er rip. Albeit it was a slight downhill but on flat road with no burnout i hit 5.8 consistently
And this is with the stock 2.73 gear ratio, stock intake (k&n filter oil applied though) no tune, and muffler delete

I only did one pull with all nannies off and a slow launch to boot. i'll find a day where I have more time to play and will mix it up and try different approaches and see where I land with my best time.

I have the PP pack. 3.31 gears.

What RPM worked the best for you to hit that 4.6? I believe I was around 2k RPM when I got my 4.9.

Update... Ive added full BMR suspension: LCA's, LCA brackets, 1.5" drop, front struts, panhard bar. I also added 20" wheels with Nitto NT555R's in the back 305/35R20. my best time after the mods was one time a 4.7 I don't know what my deal is but I can't hit it again. I do a half bog half wheel spin. I got to figure that out...

I've also added a CAI and Lund tune. I tried one run (that stunk) and got 5.2 I hope to see 4.7 again...make it consistent or even see 4.6 or better. but, 4.7 with mods is as good as it gets thus far. just need more seat time. anybody done better than 4.7? (I want to make sure its possible) also..I got a manual with stock gears.

Best for me is 4.8 no tune but have 285's out back. I cannot launch this car worth crap so I think thats where I am losing my .4 seconds. Do you guys shift into third with the 3.31 gears outback?

I know the feeling. You add "performance mods" and you stay the same or get slower lol. The NT555Rs aren't the best tires out there, even for DRs, so I'd bet if you warmed them up a bit, you'd drop a few tenths.

I've been launching at 2000RPM and rolling into the throttle once the clutch is out. It spins the tires for the first 10' or so...still very traction limited.

I suspect that on a prepped surface or with at least some warmer pavement, I can be more agressive but all stock, 3.55 axle with 285s are consistently getting me into the 4.5 range.

If I keep my car, I'm pretty sure I'm going to step down to 3.31s. I always felt the car felt frantic around town with the 3.73s and it makes launching a real chore, with not sticky at all tires.
