Their email response to me said they were having issues. I'm of the mind that if they are having that many issues, they should temporarily stop accepting Paypal.

Ok now that most of us are in, please tell me if I understand these rules correctly.

1. I can't exceed 125 for right now with my cap. However as time goes by my cap can rise or fall.

2. After Daytona I am only allowed 6 roster moves. After that I have to pay for moves correct?

3. If the cap can rise or fall, I can correctly assume that the drivers prices will change as well. correct?

Yes, and your cap will rise/fall based on the value of your drivers. So, if you pick someone up at a "low" value and he gains in price, you can sell him if you want at the hgher price and use that to upgrade other drivers.

Its more like the stock market type game in starting at $125 dollars in driver stock, and it will raise/lower based on their track performance. That's the easiest ay for me to explain it.
