Good Day All,
Sadly my beloved 2013 BOSS 302 was the victim of yet another Dodge Ram driver and has been totaled. So I have the car cover that has never been used, and the owners kit with all the items including the track key. If anyone is interested please let me know. I live in Victoria BC. I'm not sure what its all worth. I see there is a cover on Ebay asking about 2k...seems steep but I really don't know what this is all worth. So if you are interested please let me know and make me an offer. Be aware that I am in Canada sooooo....without being political, someone may slap unnecessary tariffs on it...
If it Were Me I Would Try & Retain Salvage On Car As I Would Guess Whatever SALVAGE COST is Would Be Nowhere Near What All The Specific BOSS Goodies Would Be Worth. Anyhoo Just My Thoughts! The Track Key Would Be a PRETTY Valuable Item IF You Had a Functional ECM That Was Updated To TRACKEY Out of Car To Go With Since FORD Discountinued The Programming! Anyhoo That is The General Information We Have on That Situation as Far as The Key.
Again Sorry To Hear, Hopefully No One Was Hurt Physically Anyhoo!
Sorry to hear!
Curious what plenum # was the B302?
As KC mentioned, if you were to retain salvage, unique B302 parts would be valuable by themselves; Track Key w/updated ECM, quad exhaust, trans, engine plenum, engine block, R & L front fenders, OEM wheels, black shifter ****, embroidered R & L front seats, passenger air-bag dash cover, etc.
I Would Think The NEW Owner Would Be The One To Find & Sell Your Goodies To! Just a Thought! Don't Give That Key Away! It's Valuable. Especially To New Owner!
I Guess The Insurance Deal is Different in Canada. When My 2010 Crown Vic Was Totalled It Cost about a Grand To Retain Salvage. Engine & Trans is Low Mileage And Should Pay For The Rest of The Salvage If I Were To Sell Them.

Deeply sorry about your 2013 Boss getting totaled, especially after you weren't able to buy it back at auction... I don't know if you would've been better off re-purchasing the car from the insurance company, rather than settle for the 50k they gave you... However, what matters most is that nobody including yourself was seriously injured or worse... Anyhow, for what it's worth, you can always replace a car, but you can never be replaced...
In the meantime, perhaps you could use that 50k towards the purchase of a new Mustang... That being said, I wish you nothing but the very best and glad that you're okay...
