My Sonic Blue with FAT white stripes!

Just got my stripes on today. Thought these night shots look kinda cool. You can get stripes from the factory, but they don't go all the way down to the bumpers. They just sit on top. I like going all the way down.

thanks all. I don't know exactly how wide, I'll need to measure. The space is 1.5". I just used my finger and made lines in the dirty car on the rear, how wide I wanted them so I'll get measurements tomorrow. I didn;t know the dealer stripes went all the way down, so thats COOL!!! I just wanted to go a little wider than average because I always thought that looked cool.
It was Vinyl and the cost was $470.00 including the install. The guys told me, they should have charged me about $600.00 because it was so time consuming. They have done cars before, but this one was just hard to do.
Adrenalin, I printed out pics of your car and showed them how bad hiney it would look at the shop so they could also have a visual. I also gave them the tip about laying them on dry, without soap and they agreed on that as well. From the looks of your stripes, I would say mine are about 1" wider each and with the 1/2" wider gap, it gives the apperiance of a wider stripe, being about 2.5" wider all together than yours. They both look good!!!

What can I say, we both have great taste.
Edit: FYI, dealer stripes that are provided to them from FORD do not go all the way down and are a measly 7" wide. If the dealer is installing stripes all the way down they are not getting them from FORD directly. They are getting a sign company to do it.

Very cool Frog,
I am considering that combo as well. I am seeing lotsa stripes at dealers lately and they mostly look like heck. They're crooked, wrinkled, off center, too far apart, or too narrow, and seldom "go all the way down". Why can't they just sell cars and leave the customizing to those who care enough to do it right? Yours look great!
