Would be tough to have a sonic blue that wasn't an 05....that's the only year they've made them so far.

06 and later are Vista blue and not the same.

 

I see thanks for the pictures and I didn't know they only did the sonic blue one year.

 

05 was the last year in I think a 4 year run of Sonic. There's a spreadsheet floating around with colors/years/numbers that breaks it down. Just 9000 and change made in 2005 Sonic Blue.

 

They had sonic blue prior to 05 but, 05 is only year for the 5th generation ( S197 ) mustangs....

enitalp, great looking car. I love seeing the painted mirrors, best $$ i ever spent on mine. 12.9s are impressive with just the bolt on's you have, best I've done is 13.7.

Yeah pretty happy with the way my car handle the 1/4. This year with my brand new 15*10 blue wheel, and slicks i hope to reach 12.70
