hey guys! I need your help. I have a redfire, and I'm looking to stripe it. I have tan interior along with with the rocker stripe.





here's one that I found on the net after looking for hours... I didn't see a lot of people who have gold.... So should I go for it or remove my rocker panel stripe and go with a black rocker stripe and black shelby stripes?

I would go with black...gold looks a little tacky IMO.

 

IMO stripes are not meant for redfire Stangs. I have a redfire and if I was to get some type of stripe it would have to be a shadow stripe or ghost stripe what ever you might call it. I've looked along time for a stripe combo and nothing to me stands out.

 

I like the gold on Redfire. I think they look really good.

 

I plan on getting gold strips on mine, but not rocker strips. I also am adding the ducktail spoiler instead of the wing.

 

Gold looks good with the tan interior, IMO. However, go with what you feel looks best, after all, your the one who will be driving it.

 

I was going to go gold but, after 2 coats of Zaino (5 now). I decided Redfire stands best on it's own. My suggestion is find a graphics company that has good software and can take a picture of the car and mock up some stripes or have them lay some vinyl on the car to get a look at different colors.

 

I vote for gold too. I see you have the gold/tan rocker stripes... get your rally stripes to match that color.

 

Gold stripes/Tan interior looks great on Redfire!

Maybe a Gold BOSS 302 stripe or a 68 style "C" stripe instead of the V6 stripe????

 

I thought about this alot and finally decided it just doesnt need stripes.
If I were to though I would use gold, but a darker gold than the above pic.

I like the C-stripe too!

 

I like the gold also, but mine is black with the GT 350 side stripes.

I dont like gold or black. Personally, I would go with a stripe that would be lighter than the color of your car. Something that will match your grill for example. But in that case, it wont match your interior. So its really a matter of your preference. post a request in the photoshop section, and one of the guys can do a chop to show you which color would look best.
