Late to party, but I'm here at last!

Found this little GEM all covered up in an airplane hanger
With 14k miles. 100% stock. So nothing too exciting to look at.
The car is SPOTLESS!! Im picky, and I could not find a flaw on this car!
This is exactly how I found it once the cover was removed.

Not really liking the wheels too much, so I'll likely change those
And store it away till my retirement (17 years from now)
By then it will be a modern classic? No matter, just lookung at it makes me :-)

Did that someone actually have a drivers license, coupled with atleast a couple of years of driving expirience?

Not a way one wants to see their car like

Yep. And he had driven it before too.

With that said, I took a little trip to Virginia because it was the closest I could find to what I had... I'm curious if anyone here knows this car? 84k miles. May 2005 build.

So you switched cars? Because the damage looks managable, unless there was way more underneath or elsewhere.

Heck, August 2015 someone decided to rip the front bumper off my car after running a red light. Well, it was somewhat more than just the bumper. Needed some straightening, radiator support and whatnot needed replacing, new AC condenser, and basically all bodypanels (including hood) in front of the windscreen.

Took 4 months (the car was deemed economically totalled), with no technical damage underneath for me to get the parts, and get her fixed and painted.

Long story short: Insurance undervalued my car (9700), so it hit the "total" threshold quickly (9800+) based on the "book of insurance repair costs" and the adjuster immediately sent it to settlement. I sent about 20 pages of receipts and documents about the vehicle condition, eventually getting something I was more comfortable with.

So, now I have two, sort of. One very broken (lots on the rear end is really messed up, panhard bar looks like a banana, and passenger door is basically destroyed) and one that I can move all my performance parts over to.

If anyone recognizes the car, this is what it looks like according to a review for (terrible) headlights at AmericanMuscle.com which were installed by a previous owner. I am going to remove them ASAP as I cannot safely see down my street at night.

Replaced plugs and wires yesterday the plugs had nearly 100k

I use Engine Restore for a V8
I just put half of a container per oil change .
Just conventional oils either valvoline or Quakerstate sometimes STP
IM AMAZED BY THIS 4.0 High mileage and nearly a pint
Of oil consumption between changes ever 3k + or -
