I LOVE Mineral Grey. I was looking for an 01 programmed or an 02 new in early 2002. And Silver was my 1st choice and when we saw the MG it became my 2nd choice. In fact we came closerthanthis to signing papers on an 2001 Programmed Silver Stang. But things fell through & I ended up getting a brand new 2002 MG.

After getting the MG it became my 1st choice. Well, the 02 was totalled so I was going for a DSG in an 03 or 04. I ended up with True Blue. Well the 03 TB turned out to be a lemon. So, once again we were looking for a DSG 04. But when we agreeded with the dealership to order an 05 I was bummed thinking I would once again have to get a Silver.

So imagine my absoulte delight when I discovered Mineral Grey was back. Once I found this out, there was no other color choice. I knew I had to have MG. I picked her up this past Thursday & I LOVE it.

BTW: NOONE has eEVER referred to my car as brown or copper. Now they have frequently called it either champigne or pewter. Either that or "what color would you call that?" Anyway. Like I said I LOVE MG. There was no other color choice for me. No second color, no compermise, no second guessing.

Check the date below - got 'ya by 2 days! It was MG all the way and sight unseen - except for a local 2004 with Bullitts that cinched it. Note Pony wheel caps.

I had to make sure, since we were talking about dates... I just checked my receipt and I actually picked my car up on the 21st of October. ANyway though, we have three late October babies all in Mineral Grey with Bullitts... the October triplets.

 

I had a tough decision. I almost changed to Sonic Blue. But, now that I have it, the MG is great. Here is a link to pics. Scroll down to find them.

Make that four in October. I got mine on the 24th of October. It came with the upgraded wheels though.

 

So cool ! My MG arrived on 10/21, and I picked it up on 10/22. It was the best week ever !!

 

I have the MG with the red interior. The one reason I waited to order was to actually see the color in person. The color combo is one of those that most people either love or hate. I have had people come up while gassing that can't believe how good it looks and one guy that loved the car but hated the color. Next week, going to get the middle of the hood painted a satin black.
