I can tell you that my monitor is calibrated and that pic is completely outta wack on the color. Not a good reference pic for the legend lime color at all.

Here's what the pic SHOULD look like. It's got to be the camera that took the pic OR the software settings when it was downloaded. That is not the correct color for Legend Lime.

As a Legend Lime owner and part time photographer I can tell you that the photograph doesn't accurately represent reality in many instances. Your eyes have much better lenses than even the best camera on the market today and as a result, cameras cannot reporduce reality. A dreary day will wash out certain colors. The light in overcast areas is more bluish and the direct sunlight is more reddish. If were were talking about negative film you do nothing to correct this problem. You just shoot your photos and the lab will compensate the colors cast and produce correct colors on your prints. But all of the photos on this website were shot with a digital camera (I assume) and therefore are not color corrected. When you shoot digital you assume 3 jobs: photographer, developer and printer most people do not "post process" their digital. If you are an amature photographer and want true color reproduction, shoot negative film or put some time in learning photoshop.

Here is a flat photograph:

Boosted certain colors to compensate for the overcast lighting

Granted I spent about 5 seconds compensating, but you get the picture.

I know its a beauty of a color. I am dying for it!
Thanks for explaining
It didn't look bland in person- quite lovely.

I am told its out front of the dealer for your own personal droolin. I think I will swing my mom by to look at her tomorrow- VERY base car, hence the Eleanor audition failure(no shaker, no nothing)

Silver manual v6 vert with black top and the grey leather interior.........Would like charcoal interior, but I don't wanna sustain burns when the black absorbs the bammy swamp heat . Ordering on my birthday. Also will be having black stripes installed. Have not decided on spoiler yet.

No amount of begging is getting Lime or windveil through the gate, and I decided black would be WAYYYYYYYYY too much maintenance. Aint got the ***** to drive yellow and Don't like the other colors.

I haven't seen a single pic anywhere of the LL Green that represents or justifies the true color and beauty of this color.

Forget the Shaker 500 or 1000 with the 6 cd changer anyway. Go out and get yourself one of these and save your hearing at the same time:
