Hello from Portugal! My 06 GT project!

Hi there guys, my name is Fábio, i'm 23 years old and i'm from Portugal. Decided to create this thread to show you guys my project! I intend to use this to show the mods i have done so far and the ones i have in mind and expect to get some advices!
So the main here, it's an 06 GT with 31k milles. The previous owner already had installed a KN admission and a Borla axle back (****.. what a sound!!) Bought it in Spain 1 year ago and since then i have made some changes on it, and i plan to do much more!
Photos of when i bought him:

After i bought it, in the way home, had two problems: a seal from the top of the gas tank started to lose gas, and the seal from pinion ring blowed up too. So the start of our "relation" was not the best, but it will last forever
So after that, reached home and i started to think.. well what now? First thing: a cover! Not my daily drive unfortunately (yes gasoline here in Portugal it's like gold.. 2.30$ per liter -_-)
So went to Ikea and bam, three pieces of tissue with 5,50 meters longs, joined them and got miself a good and cheap cover!

After that, i disassembled the diff and checked the bad pinion seal and most important the cause of the noise in the rear diff. When i test drived it, i listened a noise specialy in 4th and 5th gear, just after really gettin into the mustangs mechanics and issues i discovered that could be bad gears.. So when i took it apart and checked the ring and pinion gear they were kinda sharpened what leaded me to replace the all thing. Went to Ford Racing 3.73 gears, new bearings etc. At the end, nice and smooth! Theese are pics oh the old pinion:

Next thing i made was to change those rims ( brand MAAS). They were kinda "bling bling" to me, so i talked to cruize in concepts guys and went to a set of Boss 338 20x9; 255/35-20 in front and 20x10; 295/30-20 in the back! Loved the result!

With theese new rims and tires, don't really know why.. the driver side wheel was sticking out like 1 inch so i had to recenter the rear axle and purchased a BMR adjustable panhard bar. Replaced the two parking cables, cause on of them got cracked and got stuck.
Made one mod at the interior by replacing the radio for an ipad. I could have gone for a 2Din radio but i was searching for a clean look and i liked the idea of getting the ipad in there. To get it working i needed conect the ipad to a radio, and then the radio sends the signal to the speakers. This was the easy way i found to get it working. So made a box for an Alpine radio that i already had and putted it inside the armrest.

In the meantime did an oil change not cause of the milles on it, but it was already on the engine by one year in my hands. Went for the Mobil 1 Full Sinthetic 5w30 with the FRPP filter. Changed the brake pads to for Hawk ceramics!

Well after this and after i save some money i decided to get all the major mods at the exterior and suspension and go for a full paint. So talked to CJ Pony Parts and Steeda guys and they helped me with that! Trufiber sold me the hood wih the pins! So now the car is on the air full disassembled and in next week will arrive the material from them! For now i just have the hood in place!
Got the windows tainted to 35%!

So at this point i had disassembled all the suspension, bumpers etc. Removed the antena too and replaced the windshield washer squirter nozzle for others to that plastic behind the hood just not too drill the Venom from Trufiber! Result:

Hood in place:

This is how the car it at the moment, next week will receive all the parts remaining and then go to the paint!

Parts incoming:
-GT500 Front bumper convertion kit
-CDC quarter window scoop
-Koni Sport Adjustable Shocks
-Eibach Pro-Kit springs
-Eibach anti-roll bars 35mm front, 24 mm back
-BMR tubular front lower control arms w/ tall ball joints
-Billet steeda rear lower control arms
-FRPP upper strut mounts
-Steeda djustable rear upper control arm
-Steeda bumpsteer kit
-B&M rear diff aluminium cover
-Steeda rear lower control arms relocation brackets
-Steeda heavy duty panhard bar brace
-MRT Black hood struts
-FRPP bumpstop kit
-Pony tribar emblems for the fenders

Forgot to tell, with the B&M cover i decided to do a little upgrade to the rear diff. Replaced the crush sleeve for a aluminum solid one!

I will keep posting the updates

Greetings and hope you guys like it!

Hello again guys! Just showing a pic taken with the phone after the paint!

Now there are just a few details to make, the matte black stripes, instal the hood twist locks that come from trufiber but there is a difference between the hood drill and the support on the car of 1 inch.. and the fender emblems with a little custom touch. After this ill bring you guys pics of the final product with better quality

Don't have it working right now. Im thinking on remove AC and just leave the electric motor inside to "clean" the widshield and the put the ***** inside the glovebox, still need to think about that
