I told you guys it could happen, that is exactly the same label my car had on it and I ordered it new as well only Charlie's wasn't so bad 25 miles, mine was 50 :angry: . They do randomly pull these cars for road tests regardless if a customer specifically ordered the car or not. Ford doesn't care about putting a few extra miles on your "virgin" ride before you get it. I'm sure you weren't to happy about that one, right?

Congrats!! Car is awesome. That is the car I"m buying but I'll have the spoiler and the upgraded wheels (which I don't want). I'll fix that later. Looks like they called you the minute the trailor pulled up. Very nice.

I've probably seen your 05 while it was being road tested. Check to make sure it doesn't smell like Taco Bell.

Another person on the forum (can't remember their name) he also sees them going down Allen Road near West and there's a Taco Bell right there.

Soooo jealous that you southern folks are getting them, but none of the dealerships around here have them yet.

Question (see pic ) what the heck is red lens looking thing on bottom of door panel?

 

that's a reflector, dude. That way when the girlfriend leaves the door wide open on the side of the road at night, cars can see it just before they rip it off. :nono:

I hope CDC :worship: has the Shaker, quarter window louvers, and a duck tail at SEMA.
Antenna length mod to shorten it's height. I also will be trying my 10th anniversary wheels on it to see how it looks. If it looks as good as my cobra they will go on.

I tell you what the worst thing is...... I am leaving for Las Vegas tomorrow and won't be back till late next week. I have to pack and work tonight so I will only get a short first drive. :notnice:

No.... The worst thing was when the guy was taking it off the truck he did not put the drive off platform in the right position and scraped under the driver side molding. They will be replacing it.

My build date was 9/11/04.

I have drove two of these in Detroit..... awsome ride.
