...I don't think there photoshopped...the shadows are in the right places, the driving lights look like they have been modded 
... (If you look at both pics...the chrome pony has been removed but the molding around it is still in place) and the wheels are at the same position in each pic
The only thing that bothers me for its veracity is the driving lights being black in the bottom pic...
However, I really do like the large width back tires...just needs more meat to 'em

DAM!!! looking at those wheels as the car rolls buy woud be like staring at the sun! You are definetely gonna need some sun glasses with those things. How about some welder's glasses. They ought to do the trick.
