She'll get a bath tomorrow, but here are some pics of the way she looks right now.

This biggest thing this week was the installation of the gauges, but Paul at SVP Unlimited also installed the Midwest Auto Gear painted side mirror inserts, SilverHorse Racing honeycomb decklid trim, ClevParts.com pony decklid badge, and some black taillight trim I picked up on eBay. We also upgraded from the foglamp inserts to the ShowLenses.com static smoked foglamp tint.

These are also the first decent pics that show the MustangTuning.com 18x9" Anthracite FR500s and 275/40/18 Goodyear Eagle F1s.

Looking good Brad, whats next?

The black trim around the tailights is a nice little touch that most people won't notice

Edit: any pics of the guages?
Edit2: ooops found that thread

I don't think they'd look good without the black decklid trim, and I think the decklid trim looks better with the taillight trim. Reminds me of a '70 Mach 1.

She's looking great!

. . any thought of seeing if "Goodyear" in white letters would look good on the tires, a la the show car at NAIAS a couple years ago?

I'm not a big fan of white letter tires, even on the show car.

Should know tomorrow; still waiting to hear back from two potential sponsors, both endorsed by Vortech.

Hey Brad, I really want some Saleen window switch plates. How are you getting yours? I talked to Saleen and they wouldn't sell me any.

I convinced them to paint mine. My car hasn't had window switch plates for over a week!

I really would've liked to have seen the Bullitts on the car, but it would've been pointless. The calipers on the brakes we have coming would've stuck through the spokes by about an inch and a half, so the wheels wouldn't have turned.

In person, though, the FR500s really give the car an aggressive personality.

The license plate is currently the carryover from my '01; it says BKB4UA (Bradley Kyle Barnett for the University of Alabama). I will have to renew my tag in February and will get the new personalization then. SRCHRS (Source Horse) is off the list because it looks too much like Searchers or Sir Chris. I'm leaning towards MSTNG or 06STNG.

That looks great, but this car will be driven regularly, and I wasn't prepared to sacrifice that much ride quality.

Do they make 19" anthracite FR500s for 2005 Mustang?
