I'm really sorry brad, but I really am not a fan of those wheels. it looks too close to the color of the car which makes it seem overdone to me. Everything else is great! I love the stance.

Oh, I just installed the 3dCARBON ducktail on my Torch Red GT, it is AMAZING. Best out there IMO.

I like those rims a lot but I am wondering when you are going to scrape that lame dealership sticker off the trunk?!!?

The dealer is the car's largest sponsor.

I noticed in most of your pics, you don't spray any black magic type solution on your tires. Is there a reason why? ie: personal preference, didn't have any, etc? Seem that with the type of rims you have, the glossy tires may make them pop a little more

I don't normally leave the house with the intention of taking photos. I probably should start keeping a small cleaning kit in the trunk, though.

The wheel offset looks perfect; what I was hoping the Shelby would be.

Are any mods necessary to install the Saleen HIDs? Or should they just slot right in? If so, I'm hoping they'll slot just as easily into the Shelby GT500's mount too - assuming they don't come with HIDs...which I think is a pretty safe assumption at this point.

Ditto BC, I want to upgrade as well but I'm waiting to buy mods until I know they will work with the Shelby as well.

It would be a nice option if offered for the Shelby. I guess we will see in a few more months.

Brad, when you go on Jan 8 do you think you could get the options listing for the Shelby to post?

The car will be unveiled by then so it will only help the fervor with a listing of options for the car.

Name dropper.

Seriously, though, dinner with Carroll Shelby and HTT in connection with this event is cool in the EXTREME. Isn't the internet amazing?

'Fraid I can't top that. Closest I can get was my afternoon on the set of Battlestar Galactica last month, when I sat & chatted with Edward James Olmos (Miami Vice, Stand and Deliver) at his desk in his "quarters"...then a bit later, with Mary McDonnell (Dances with Wolves, Independence Day).

Yeah, yeah, I know, NOW who's name dropping?

Tell Hau I personally said Thank You for getting this car out in the market place. It is the first new car I've ever owned, and buying this car was the easiest decision I've ever made.

Sean

PS - Like BC_Shelby said, Namedropper...

It looks great besides the roll or light bar and the tinted fogs. Everything else is perfect in my opinion, I just happen to not be a fan of those two things on any car so nothing personal to you. I cannot wait to see the ducktail spoiler from 3dCARBON.
