First Ticket

I got my first ticket in Project Source Horse on Friday. Anyone know anyone in the Hoover, Alabama Probate Court?

Sorry about that, I know the cops around here are having a busy Memorial Day weekend. I haven't been out on the road all that much and I've seen at least four people getting tickets.
And they weren't even driving flashy cars like you.

By the way...

46 in a 30 mph zone ???? send me your supercharger if you aren't using it and then I will show you a speeding ticket.

Ouch. Don't that just make you sick? Hopefully since it was your first one you can get it reduced, or no points. I got one last year just over the NC line and I paid a lawyer $250 to get it "taken care of". Not sure if thats an option in Alabama. Within a week of my ticket, I had 10 letters from attorneys offering to help. It was pricey but worth it, to keep it off my driving record.

I think your next mod should be a radar detector.

Ill sell you a radar detector! And i'll give you my discount! ;-) www.radioshack.com pick one out and I'll look into getting it sent to you using my discount.

IMO Cobra Revolution Series are the best. 12 radar and 8 laser i think, plus VG-2 and POP. I know too much junk about those things...

This is what a real ticket should be:going twice the speed limit.

All depends on how long its been since your last ticket. No way a judge will defer the ticket if you have recent or multiple tickets. So your car belongs to childrens hospital?

Why in the world do they need your employeer. My last ticket (only moving violation) didnt have that, and it was a trooper.

Get an Escort 8500 X2 and hardwire it. It's cheaper than the V1, has comprable laser detection, better features, is more adjustable, and has superior radar detection on popular bands.

I have the Escort as well and it works great. Always lets me know when they are coming.

Brad, next time you get pulled over just tell the cop you weren't speeding
you were just qualifying.
