SHELBY GT-H with SHELBY CS69 Wheels LOOK!

NOTE! I WAS ASKED TO REMOVE PICTURE FOR TIME BEING. I will Replace with Wheel Brochure Picture when Recieved. 02/13/07

Kevin,
I enjoyed our conversation last week and I’ve returned to my office playing catch-up on my emails. I told you that I would send you the picture of the Shelby Hertz GT-H car with the Hyper Black machined face and lip CS-69 wheels. This photo shows 20x9 front and 20x10 rear staggered fitment. The 20x10 of course is only a rear wheel application. I’d like to hear what you think of the new style, this photo with the wheels will be in the new 8 page color brochures coming this month.

Best Regards,

Gary Consalvi

Carroll Shelby Wheel Company, Inc.

Carroll Shelby Wheels has a Move Underway and Lots of changes on the way! Let me Know what you think of the 69's. FYI The 69's are Not Yet Released. I would Really Like to See what they Look Like on a Redfire GT/CS!

I read in one of the hot rod mags that Nitto has a new line of tires that have red lines on them. They are called Nitto NTRD1 Redlines http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...%2FPerformance

Bump for an old thread...just found out about these rims and I really like 'em.

Kevin - any way you can ask CS Wheels if they would consider offering these in a 19"? I find 18"s too small and 20"s too big and it's so hard to find a company that makes 19"s. If Ford is already offering an 18" OEM rim, I don't understand why aftermarket companies don't up the ante. 20"s just get so heavy and too blingy IMHO.

Thanks

PS - Saleen HIDs still working great, too bad Ford now offers it as an option!!

There are enough options out there...

Dunlop, Michelin, Yokohama, Pirelli, Kumho all make tires that will fit, and can be staggered...

There are tons of tuner cars running 19" wheels/tires. People buy tires for the wheels they like, even if the tire choice is limited. Just as the tire manufacturers started producing 20" tires when 20's became popular, so will they produce more 19" tires...especially when Mustang wheel manufacturers start producing more 19's.

I'm not a fan of the Foose Speedsters, but they come in 19" versions. If the Foose Nitrous wheel came in 19" they would be on my car.

Yes, I would do 19's in a heartbeat if we had a good old school style like this to choose from. There are excellent tire choices for staggered 8.5/9.5 inch wide rims that have the correct height for our cars. There are also plenty of great tires to choose from in 19's. To me, 18's look too small and most 20's look a little big, but 19's look just right on these cars.
