I was checking out the future vehicles page on Ford's web site and came across the DVD navigation system for the Edge.

It looks like it will fit the Mustang with no problem (see attached photos), but two questions come to mind:

1. Will the Mobile-Ease kit work with it?
2. How much is this going to set me back?

Can you find anything out about it? Thanks!

Not sure if the Mobile Ease or the new MP3 center console iPod jack is compatible with the forthcoming NAV system in the Stang, but I can tell you that the system is about $2500 here in Canada. It's also made by Pioneer, so either way, it will be a much better system than the Shaker.

I've had it demo'd to me, and it's a pretty nice system overall; works pretty well.

Thanks for the info, BC. I'm looking forward to seeing it in person someday. I'm on my second Shaker and it's giving me fits already. I want Bluetooth, so I'm kind of stuck with it for now.
