It's great to see you back Kevin, and your being away was perfectly understandable. I think it's truly wonderful that you've been able to begin working on the cars that you and Andrew shared an interest in. Continuing on with the things you'd discussed and planned together is a fine way to honor Andrew and keep him close.

A message from Andrew????
Today on the 3 month anniversary of Andrews passing Sarah & I were sitting on the porch earlier today talking about how much we wanted a sign from above that Andrew was ok. After our talk I kind of put it out of my mind.
A couple of hours later Terri called me to the front door to show me a giant swarm of Bee's ,Must have been thousands over our Driveway. You could hear them from 20 feet away. They hung out for an hour or so and then dispersed. I thought how odd as it had never happened before at our place and then kind of let it go.
Oddly Gizmo who hardly ever barks started barking at nothing in the living room. He seemed to be chasing after nothing. This was after they were gone.
After dinner I went and checked to see if the bees were all gone. They were pretty much.
I sat down on the porch and then it hit me. The bee's were all centered over and around Andrews Charger and nowhere else. Andrew had planned on turning his Charger into a Super Bee.
The Letter B has a great significance for his mopar. It is a {B}-Body it has a {B}- engine and he wanted to outfit it with Super Bee Parts. we talked about it shortly before his passing. In Fact I have been getting Super Bee Parts for the car still.
Coincidence? Imagination gone wild? A sign? I don't know but it gives me a chill thinking about it.
Andrew if your sending a sign it sure was creative and gave dad a smile!
Love,
Dad

Well if anybody thought I was exagerating on the number of BEE'S We found out today they never left. Seems they are Hanging out on our old couches which were supposed to get hauled to the dump last week by a Friend. Notice they are right next to Andrews Car! Look how thick the Hive is. It's over two inches thick! Aye Carumba!

Today this Topic is one year old.One Year ago we got confirmation Andrew had Leukemia Again. It seems like a lifetime ago I posted asking for help.
I wish it would have been a Happy anniversary. I am not going to dwell on it but simply mark the day.
Thinking of you today son!
Tee Shirt is Kind of Prophetic.
Is it just me or does he seem to be looking right into your heart in this pic. It's like he is saying Dad it's ok I'm Fine I will see you again.
It won't be soon enough!
Missing you!
Dad

Glad to hear that! Always keep us posted on the progress. I have been away for awhile, I read some of the older posts today and teared up. IF you ever need anything for the Bee let us know. I am on the other side of the country but will help anyway I can.

My wife came home today from the cemetary upset. Grandma likes to leave arrangements & trinkets on the headstone. They never seem to last more than a day or two.
She knows the risk but I guess she hopes for the best.
Today a small cross necklace was taken. How low can a person be as to steal something from a gravesite.
Just makes you wonder.

A lot of people do the same at this cemetary. That is leave trinkits & the Like. Problem is some Apartment buildings & a school on two sides of the Cemetary. People Take short cuts and jump the fence. A sidewalk runs right by his plot & there are benches so it's a natural more often traveled path. We saw this firsthand when we were visiting.

Glad to see you back Kevin!!
