I ordered a stitched leather armrest cover from redlinegoods.com for $60
The black leather matched perfectly with the dark charcoal interior.
I just added about a 1/3 of an inch of foam padding under it and stretched the cover over it. Then screwed the bottom plate back on to hold it in place.
Install time 20 min. My favorite mod to date. It saves my elbow everyday.
Now if I could find a kit to pad the edge of the center console, my right knee could be happy too.
