Suggestions for a good Focus forum?

We have a 2012 Focus with some of the transmission slippage and what sounds like a heat shield rattling. These are known issues that many others have had and when I get a chance I will take it in to the dealer.

Yes I know about the DCT. I knew about it when we bought it and know they act differently but when we need the car to shift or get out of its own way it really takes it's sweet time. It's my wife's car so I don't get to tool around in it like I should.

Just wanted to know of any suggestions. I've been browsing Focus Fanatics and they seem like a pretty good community.

Thanks!

Hey Automagically,

I can escalate this for you if you’d like. But, I also recommend Focus Fanatics. My awesome counterpart, Crystal is there to help as well.

Thanks Deysha,
I have no free time to take the car in this weekend so I will have to find time as soon as I can. I will let you know when I take it in and update this post at least.

In the mean time I'll try to set up an account over at Focus Fanatics.

Thanks again!

You can escalate my issues for me?

I've got that covered. Only I can escalate my own issues.
