This is going to sell for several reason: AWD option, unique features in the car, the materials they are using, and the fact that it doesn't look like a minivan, will be the biggest advantage. Can't wait to drive one.

I think fit, finish and overall quality of materials is what will ultimately sell this vehicle. If the production version is filled with cheap plastics, ill-fitting interior panels and stuff that LOOKS expensive but feels cheap to the touch, then I think it will be a major flop.
