No. That's an experimental version of the new Boss to the test the power output potential. According to Blue II, a 7 liter variant is under consideration but it will most likely replace the 6.8L V10 in trucks.

I heard this engine is supposed to be the top engine in the 09 F150.

If it was putting out 700 / 7000RPM ... in N/A form,
wonder what the TT version of that engine was/is putting out..hahah

Is it me or does the first pic look like the valve covers are long enough to be a V-10? You can't really tell in the second pic, but definitely looks weird in the first pic.

nah, its a v-8. 8 individual runners inside the lower intake. and not enough space between the valve cover bolts to have 5 cylinders on each side.
