I wasn't sure where to put this, so I figured this was my best bet.
All of my information has come from the Tuesday issue of the Chicago Tribune.
Evidently after Mark Fields was hired for to head the North American Operations, both Phil Martens (who we all know, and whose title was head of production creation) and Matt DeMars (the VP of North American operations) resigned. That makes 5 high level execs since the start of the year (Earl Hesterberg, Nick Scheele, Allan Gilmour, Martens and DeMars).
