No surprise here with this Ford small engine lawsuit

This takes me right back to the early 1990's when Ford would knowingly sell cars with defective engines. I had to live through this with my 'lemon' 1994 Escort GT that had a known defect for years, yet Ford kept selling them. I bought it new off the showroom floor as a 'runaround' car for errands, etc...I think it was around $13k. A peppy 5 speed that was initially a blast! Within months, issues started and the ownership experience became horrible. I was alerted to internal TSB's and realized that the car could never be repaired, For a company that builds solid engines for our GT Mustangs over the many decades, I really don't understand the company's lack of caring for it's other customers. It continues apparently.
