Right, so our US performance cars will still be badged SVT then?

I'm sad that the Raptor is going 3.5TT only. I just do not care for that engine. It makes great power, but it does not sound good and the durability/mpg in real world use, is just not as great as say the Coyote or even the 6.2.

I'd rather they keep it SVT. It's similar sounding to BMWs M or Mercedes AMG performance divisions, but ford performance is just ok sounding.

Seriously. So... Mustang FP? Or Mustang P?

I mean... it's just... meh. Shoulda stuck with SVT or came back with SVO or... I dunno... SOMETHING other than just sticking 'Performance' on the Ford.

There's not a good 'for short' to come outta that...

FP? P? FPT (Ford Performance Team)? FoPerf? FordPerf?

Disappointing. Honestly. But hey, it'll be fun to see what they do with the actual production from it.

/Woulda rather they went back to SVO, 'cause that made sense. Special Vehicle Operations. Sounded awesome, moreso than SVT(eam).
//Toyota's is TRD, Toyota Racing Development.... so maybe it's FPD? Still not awesome, 'cause it sounds like the Po Po.
///Ford Performance Operations. FPO. Now that's something that might be cool. Seeing how it's all the teams into one... maybe that's it.
