Oh, sorry... should have been more clear.

Later in that thread I posted a link to how much more the MX-5 was gonna cost over the base model.

But true, Zoran's link has the exact price

anyways... I like the look of the hardtop, but it does go against what this car is all about... but still, looks nice lol. Don't know what to think. It isnt that much more than the base model

Yeah, I agree. A hardtop convertible would be fine for a higher end model but not the Miata.

people who live/work in cities want this. Even for the Miata. Gaining a few pounds is worth the security to people who want the Miata as a daily, its better than having to settle for a coupe.
