Was never an issue to me, but good to see he's sensitve to the people that are.

I think it sends the wrong message to the rank and file with the company fighting for it's life.

No sh*t! They've just mortgaged the farm so they can keep farming, and he was jetting off home every weekend using their private Gulfstream (or whatever it is).

Nothing says "I care about the employees" more than that.

I never had a problem with him going home on weekends to visit his family, but use commercial flights like the rest of the working class.

It's nice to see that they are finally paying attention to what people are saying, though. Who knows, they might well read message boards like this one.

I think Fields is a great guy and honestly interested in seeing the company survive, but the use of the corp. jet did make more more than raise my eyebrow. I'm glad to see he stopped it.
